Upgradation And Renovation Of Commercial Tower Tender Notice
Description
Upgradation and renovation works of a commercial tower building including civil, structural and associated improvement works. Bids are invited under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from firms licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 with PEC Codes CE-10 and BC-02. Bid security of Rs. 2,500,000 is required in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank. Tender documents may be purchased upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
