Procurement Of Pathology And Microbiology Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of pathology and microbiology proprietary items on rental reagent basis through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids are invited from manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors. Bid security of Rs. 500,000 is required in favor of the Hospital Director. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS and hard copies together with original bid security and original stamp papers must also be submitted. Rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2029 under framework contract provisions. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11 June 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room Admin Block. Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit all mandatory documents at the time of bid submission as no additional documents will be entertained after opening.
