Consultancy For Double Decker Buses Procurement And Operatio Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of an individual consultant for procurement of 50 diesel double decker buses and selection of a bus operating company. Scope includes preparation of bidding and RFP documents, evaluation of technical and financial bids, recommendation for contract award, and assistance to procurement committee throughout the procurement process. Candidate must possess engineering qualification, minimum five years experience in transport sector procurement documentation including vehicle and bus specifications, ITS and bus operations, knowledge of complete procurement lifecycle and minimum three years bus operations experience. Applications including CV, CNIC, NTN and experience certificates are to be submitted through EPAD system.
