Development And Operation Of Passenger Leisure Attractions Tender Notice
Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from experienced and internationally capable firms for conceptualization, design, installation, operation and maintenance of controlled passenger leisure and recreation attractions within designated landside and terminal environments. Proposed concepts may include controlled zipline or glide experiences, elevated viewing concepts, chair-lift style concepts, glass bridges, transparent walkways, enclosed slides, guided movement systems, observation decks, panoramic viewing installations, interactive engagement concepts, immersive visual experiences and other controlled leisure attractions aligned with airport environments. Proposals must address structural, operational, safety, security, crowd management, queue management, emergency response, insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, technical standards, environmental requirements and integration with passenger experience. Operations shall remain subject to safety, security, engineering and regulatory approvals. Applicants may submit proposals for one or multiple airports. Commercial proposals may include MMG, revenue share or hybrid models.
