Network Infrastructure Paper And Service Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Active Passive Network equipment, Data Center Upgradation, Distribution Switches, Strengthening of Wireless LAN, Offset 23x36 63G Paper, Computer Paper, Photocopier Paper, Outsourcing of Main Cafeteria Services and Outsourcing of Boys Hostel Canteen Services. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids are to be submitted through E-Procurement system. Bid opening will be held at 01:30 PM in the presence of authorized representatives. Active taxpayer registration for Income Tax and Sales Tax is required. University may reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
