Construction Of Office Building First Floor Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction of first floor office building works at old water works facility comprising Package 1 and Package 2. Procurement is invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes. Tendering shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System and E-PADS. Bidders must be registered on Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal. Earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to 5% of estimated or bid cost is required and must be uploaded electronically with original submitted before bid opening. Package 1 estimated cost is Rs. 19,626,340 with earnest money Rs. 981,320 and Package 2 estimated cost is Rs. 13,300,222 with earnest money Rs. 665,020. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS. Bid opening shall be conducted by the Tender Opening Committee. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
