Hiring Of Security Guard Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of security agency services for provision of security guards and manpower outsourcing services. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Estimated tender value is Rs. 5,760,000 and bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 115,200 is required in the form of Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee. Bidders must possess NTN, active Sales Tax, Provincial Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through E-PADS and original financial instrument submitted physically before the closing deadline. Evaluation shall be based on the technically responsive lowest evaluated bid.
