Compatible Printer And Photocopier Toners Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of compatible toners for printers and original toners for photocopier machines. Eligible bidders must be authorized distributors, suppliers or dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22.06.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the designated websites and EPADS. Bidders are required to submit bids through EPADS and also provide original hard copies together with bid earnest money. Failure to submit the original hard copy shall render the electronic bid non-responsive. Bids shall be opened on the same day after closing. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Attend the pre-bid meeting and ensure both EPADS submission and original hard copy submission with earnest money are completed.
