External Monitoring Solution Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of external monitoring solution services through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Electronic bidding documents containing specifications and requirements are available through EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and accompanied by original bid security submitted before the closing time. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Procurement shall be governed under PPRA 2004 and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids in accordance with applicable rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure timely EPADS submission and physical delivery of original bid security before the deadline.
