Urban Infrastructure And Utility Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of urban development works including pavement of streets, allied infrastructure, street lighting systems, drinking water supply schemes, sanitation works and related municipal improvements in designated urban areas. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA rules. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted under the relevant government enlistment policy. Technical and financial proposals are required through EPADS and bid security in the form of call deposit equal to 2 percent of estimated cost is mandatory. Technical proposals shall be evaluated first and only financially responsive qualified bidders will proceed to financial opening.
