Construction of drinking water supply and sanitation infrastructure under ADP No.176/251120 (2025-26) including - DWSS Madyat and Penday - DWSS Dushagram - Water Supply Scheme Chikrai - Water Supply Scheme Damanna - Water Supply Scheme Madyan VI - Water Supply Scheme Bashigram - Water Supply Scheme Madyan - Water Supply Scheme Kachigram No. II - Water Supply Scheme Gul Dherai Farhat Abad - Water Supply Scheme Kotanai No. I - Water Supply Scheme Shalpin No. II - Water Supply Scheme Ziarat UC Shir - Installation of hand pumps and pressure pumps - Construction of street pavements - Drain side walls - Allied civil works - Sanitation improvements - Village infrastructure works in multiple union councils and localities of Swat. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must upload technical and financial bids electronically and submit original bid security in the form of call deposit receipt. Technical bids will be opened first while financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Bid security at 2% of estimated cost along with applicable stamp duty and 0.03% bidding fee is mandatory. Active KPRA registration is required. Evaluation shall be carried out according to the criteria contained in the bidding documents. Clarifications may be sought through EPADS.
