Beautification And Public Infrastructure Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of development and beautification works under Provincial ADP No.950/251119 (2025-26) including - installation of street lights at multiple roads, bazaars and union councils - construction of entry gates with street lights and CCTV facilities - construction of latrine blocks and group latrines - construction of monuments - construction of waiting sheds - beautification and improvement of picnic spots, resting areas and public spaces - improvement and beautification of cricket grounds - colouring, painting and green belting works - improvement and beautification of model streets - drainage system improvements - asphalt passage improvement works and related infrastructure development activities. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Eligible PEC registered contractors enlisted with C&W Department may participate. Bid security at 2% of estimated cost is mandatory. Original call deposit receipt must be submitted physically and uploaded electronically. Bids shall be evaluated according to applicable KPPRA rules. Relevant PEC codes, KPRA registration, FBR registration and other statutory registrations are required where applicable. Bids remain valid for 90 days.
