Provision of SLA-based support services for Huawei OceanStor 5500 V5 storage system including maintenance, technical support and service level agreement based operational support. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals are required. Bid validity is 90 days. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
