Repair Maintenance And Laboratory Establishment Works Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of Administration Block including associated civil works - Establishment of laboratories, reception and examination office facilities. Sealed bids are invited from construction firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council. Tender documents may be purchased against a demand draft, pay order or challan form. Bid security in the form of call deposit is required with bids. Estimated costs are Rs. 2,950,000 and Rs. 2,450,000 with earnest money of Rs. 59,000 and Rs. 49,000 respectively. Tenders shall be submitted in sealed form and opened in the presence of committee members and available contractors or their representatives. Conditional and tampered tenders shall not be entertained. Applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
