Procurement Of Medicines Oxygen Gas And Rations Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines for local purchase for government employees, Zakat Fund and Health Facility Card beneficiaries - Oxygen gas supply - Rations for patients. Tenders are invited from financially sound GST registered firms under AJK PPRA Rules 2017 through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure with technical and financial proposals submitted in the same sealed envelope. Bid security is required in the form of call deposit or bank draft in favor of the Medical Superintendent with amounts of Rs. 45,000 for medicines, Rs. 54,300 for oxygen gas and Rs. 237,000 for patient rations. Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be obtained on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000. Separate rates must be quoted for each item. Technical and financial bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Participating firms must provide an affidavit on stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization in Pakistan or Azad Kashmir. Applicable taxes shall be deducted as per rules. Failure to supply may result in forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting action.
