Repair Maintenance Of Distribution Transformer Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of transformer infrastructure under normal budget including installation of HT and LT poles according to WAPDA specifications, installation of earth rods, stay sets, laying, stringing and binding of HT and LT conductors with hardware, and installation of transformers. Quantities include HT poles 34'8"" 20 Nos, HT poles 88 Nos, transformers 50 KVA 09 Nos, transformers 100 KVA 67 Nos, transformers 200 KVA 04 Nos, stay sets 121 Nos, earth rods 33 Nos, LT conductor Ant 17.05 Km and HT conductor Rabbit 10.23 Km. Sealed bids are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council registered firms and companies having valid renewal for FY 2025-26 with specialization code CE10-04-05 under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Bid documents may be obtained upon payment of non-refundable document fee of Rs. 2,000. Bid security of 2 percent amounting to Rs. 95,460 in the form of bank draft, pay order or CDR from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Blacklisted firms are not eligible and must submit an affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted and have no conflict with government entities. All applicable taxes shall be deducted as per rules. Loading, unloading, transportation and delivery responsibilities shall remain with the contractor and subcontracting is not permitted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
