Repair And Renovation Of Facilitation Center Office Tender Notice
Description
Repair and renovation of Overseas Facilitation Center Office. Electronic bids are invited under Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding Procedure from eligible firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council having endorsement in PP&H Government AJ&K for FY 2025-26 with specialization code CE-10 and category C-6 and above. The estimated cost is Rs. 14,317,562 and bid security is Rs. 710,000. Electronic bidding shall be conducted on percentage Above Below At Par basis and only two digits after the decimal point shall be considered for evaluation. Interested bidders must upload proof of bid security deposit in the designated divisional joint accounts along with required qualification documents, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, letter of bid and documents specified in the bid data sheet through the E-Bidding dashboard. Hard copies of original bank receipts and complete signed bidding documents must be submitted within 48 hours after bid opening. Technical profiles must be uploaded in PDF format only. Blacklisted firms contractors companies suppliers and distributors are not eligible to participate. Bidders providing incorrect information or failing to submit complete hard copies shall be disqualified and banned for two years. Bid opening shall take place electronically with comparative statements visible to bidders and the bid opening committee.
