Carbon Project Development Advisory Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and expression of interest for consultancy services related to end to end carbon project development advisory for biogas projects including baseline finalization, commercial carbon documentation support, Project Design Document preparation, validation, registry account opening, registration, monitoring support, verification, first issuance and carbon credit monetization support. The assignment includes site eligibility assessment, methodology application, MRV design, monitoring framework development, biogas offtake evidence, management of validation and verification activities, registry management and issuance support. Consultants shall undertake comparative evaluation of two cattle market sites and proceed with the selected implementation site for complete carbon project development. Interested firms companies joint ventures consortiums and consultants having relevant experience may apply through E-PADS with required prequalification documents. Only shortlisted firms obtaining at least 65 percent overall score shall be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.
