Conservation And Renovation Of Historic Church Complex Tender Notice
Description
Conservation and renovation of Old St Mary Church and improvement of its surrounding area at Khurampura District Khanewal. E-tendering is invited through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 and above. The estimated cost is Rs. 18,716,400 and bid security is Rs. 374,328 representing 2 percent of the estimated cost. Contractors shall upload technical and financial bids through E-PADS and quote online item rates. Original Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the Director General WCLA must be submitted before closing time on tender opening date. Manual bids shall not be accepted. False information or fake bid security shall result in disqualification and referral to PEC and PPRA for legal action. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and E-PADS requirements.
