Construction And Restoration Of Community Centers Tender Notice
Description
Construction and restoration of community centers including restoration of community center at Gurdwara Baba Lila Sahib District Nankana Sahib and construction of community center at Agarwal Ashram District Lahore. E-tendering is invited through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 and above. The estimated costs are Rs. 28,633,596 and Rs. 28,158,836 with bid securities of Rs. 572,672 and Rs. 563,176 respectively. Contractors shall upload technical and financial bids through E-PADS and quote online item rates. Original Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the Director General WCLA must be submitted before closing time on tender opening date. Manual bids shall not be accepted. False information or fake bid security shall result in disqualification and referral to PEC and PPRA for legal action. Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and E-PADS requirements.
