Procurement Of Temperature Monitoring Data Loggers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of six temperature monitoring data loggers for medical equipment monitoring applications. E-bids are invited from manufacturers authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Estimated amount is Rs.810000 with bid security of Rs.16200 equal to 2 percent of estimated cost. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS. Original bid security in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted physically before closing time. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 16-06-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of Supply Chain Department Tower A. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
