Description
Consultancy services for vetting of design and detailed construction supervision for establishment of a center of excellence project. Selection shall be carried out through Quality and Cost Based Selection method under consultancy procurement regulations. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled before proposal submission. Technical and financial proposals are required through EPADS. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 in favor of the designated authority is mandatory before submission deadline. Only technically qualified consulting firms with relevant experience may participate.
