Procurement Of Academic And Library Books Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of books for different academic departments to be delivered on duty delivered paid basis for library use. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage one envelope procedure on least item cost basis with preference for latest editions and year of printing. Bids must be submitted through EPADS along with scanned bid security instrument and affidavit while original bid security and affidavit must be submitted separately before the deadline. Bid security amounting to PKR 438154 is required and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date.
