Concrete Lining Works For Irrigation Minors Tender Notice

Construction and concrete lining works for Sattoki Minor from RD 0+000 to 21+528 Tail - Ladheki Minor from RD 0+000 to 9+690 Tail - Minor No. III from RD 0+000 to 10+015 Tail - Gandian Minor from RD 0+000 to 2+237 Tail under item rate basis in accordance with the 1st Bi-Annual Market Rate System 2026. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via EPADS. Eligible bidders must be engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having CE-04 specialization and relevant category, registered with Punjab PPRA and Punjab Revenue Authority, and must submit PEC registration, professional tax receipts, CNIC, enlistment or renewal documents and other required credentials. Bid security at 5% of the estimated cost for each work shall be uploaded preferably in the form of Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt issued by Bank of Punjab with 90-day bid validity. Original bid security and attested PEC license must be submitted before opening. Bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS and manual submissions are not acceptable. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of bidders and quoted rates of responsive bidders shall be announced. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount, execute agreement, submit execution schedule, conduct quality testing and perform works according to approved drawings and specifications. Estimated costs include Rs.102.934 million, Rs.37.430 million, Rs.48.881 million and Rs.7.265 million with corresponding earnest money requirements.
