Generator Overhauling And Relocation Services Tender Notice
Description
Partial overhauling, shifting, commissioning and associated civil and electrical works for a 150 KVA Perkins power generator to be installed at the Social Science Block. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using EPADS. Eligible bidders must possess valid registrations with Pakistan Engineering Council, KPRA, Federal Board of Revenue and Inspectorate of Electricity Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required along with non-refundable tender fee. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Additional security requirements shall apply where prescribed by KP-PPRA regulations. Pro Tip: Submit original CDR and tender fee evidence before the bid closing time and ensure all mandatory registrations remain valid.
