Establishment Of Reference Stations Network Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of a continuously operating reference stations network for the land administration sector of Punjab under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement Project financed by the World Bank. Procurement shall be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids and Two Envelope Bidding Process. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29 June 2026 at 1400 hours. Bids must be submitted physically and electronic procurement is not permitted. Bid security of PKR 15 million or USD 53,000 is mandatory. Technical proposals will be opened publicly while financial proposals shall remain sealed until subsequent opening.
