Procurement Of Laboratory Testing Services And Analyzer Plac Tender Notice
Description
Bulk procurement of laboratory tests on reagent rental basis with placement of a fully automated 7 part differential blood CP analyzer for the financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents, exclusive agents and sole importers registered with relevant authorities through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available through PPRA and e-PADS. E-bids must be submitted online and accompanied by bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost of quoted items. Original bid security must be submitted before bid opening in addition to uploaded copies. Bid validity shall remain 180 days. Brand names and generic names must be quoted in technical and financial proposals. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
