Construction Of Four Educational Classrooms Tender Notice
Description
Construction of four classrooms at first floor level including all associated civil and electrical works. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess PEC registration KPRA registration STRN NTN registration and Inspectorate of Electricity registration. Estimated cost is Rs. 11.4187 million. Earnest money shall be 2 percent of estimated cost. Non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5000 is required. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 17 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original CDR must be physically submitted before bid closing. Bids will open at 11:30 AM on 24 June 2026.
