Transportation Safe Handling And Erection Of Spun Poles Tender Notice
Description
Transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT/LT spun poles from approved pole plant to work sites including LT Spun Poles 31 ft, HT Spun Poles 36 ft, HT Spun Poles 40 ft and HT Spun Poles 45 ft. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and pre-qualified/enlisted with WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCOS/NTDC are eligible. Bidders must have successfully completed three similar contracts with cumulative value at least 80% of the contract value, demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to at least 40% of contract value through one-year bank statements, submit income tax returns for the last two years, PRA registration and performance or no objection certificates. Sealed bidding procedure applies. Earnest money of 3% of tender amount in the form of call deposit is required. Tender fee is Rs. 2000 non-refundable. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after closing time. Contract period is one year.
