Hiring Of Containers Cranes Fork Lifters Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of containers, cranes, fork lifters and public service or carriage vehicles for operational requirements during financial years 2026-27 to 2027-28. Sealed bids are invited from firms and vendors having active NTN and STRN through EPADS. Bidding documents are available free of cost through EPADS. Bidders must be registered with PPRA e-procurement system. Bid security in the prescribed refundable amount is required in the form of Bank Draft or CDR. Scanned bid security shall be uploaded on EPADS and original instrument submitted before bid opening. Quantities may be increased or decreased according to operational requirements and budget. Bids shall be submitted online through EPADS and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration, submission of original bid security and compliance with all bidding requirements before bid opening.
