Description
Acquisition of rental office space for establishment of one NADRA Registration Center in Turbat, District Kech with covered area ranging from 5000 to 12000 square feet. Building should be located in the main city, have independent entrance, dedicated electrical connection, proper outer door, wheelchair ramp, sufficient parking and suitability for long term tenancy of 10 years. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. General proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on 29 June 2026. Supporting documents include ownership or lease documents, approved site plan, completion certificate, undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper and bid securing declaration.
