Bids are invited from authorized insurance companies having minimum AA+ credit rating through Single Stage Two Envelope method. Tender fee of Rs.10000 is required. Bid validity is 90 days and bid security is 2 percent of bid offer. Technical proposals will be opened first while financial proposals of qualified bidders will be opened later.
