Construction Of Road And Pathway Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Construction of pathway and road infrastructure from Bhimber Road Masjid to bypass via water filtration plant near Resident Iftikhar Mir Qadir Colony. Estimated cost is Rs. 4.95 million with bid security of Rs. 247,500 equivalent to 5% of estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through e-PADS. Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC license in relevant category, active registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional Tax authorities, and provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted and not involved in litigation. Original bid security must be submitted before the deadline and scanned copy uploaded through e-PADS. Bids will be opened in the presence of authorized representatives. Successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantees as required under applicable rules. Procurement shall be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
