Outsourcing Laundry Services Contingency Operations Tender Notice
Description
Provision of outsourced laundry services under contingency arrangements. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Estimated procurement value is Rs. 7,994,950/- with bid security of Rs. 159,899/- equivalent to 2% of estimated amount. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Original bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted on the technical bid opening day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date and shall remain valid for 180 days. Pro Tip: Attend the pre-bid meeting, submit original bid security and ensure complete electronic bid submission before the deadline.
