Repair And Renovation Of Hostel Building Tender Notice
Description
Repair and renovation works for hostel building. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 and registered with GST, FBR, PRA, Professional Tax authorities and E-PADS. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR or demand draft is mandatory. Electronic bids must be submitted in PDF format and original bid security must be submitted before bid opening. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure PEC registration, tax certificates and original bid security are submitted in accordance with bidding requirements.
