Description

Framework contract for procurement of various goods and items required for offices of Deputy Commissioner District Collector ADCR District Registrar and Dehi Maraakiz e Mall for financial year 2026-27 on free delivery basis. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders registered with GST Income Tax and e-PADS may participate. Bid security of 1 percent of estimated cost lot wise in the form of Bank Draft Bank Guarantee CDR or Pay Order is required and original instrument must be submitted before closing time. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 1 percent of contract amount and complete supply within seven days of work order. A penalty of 2 percent per month shall apply for delayed delivery.
