Construction Of Protective Bund For Transmission Tower Protection Tender Notice
Description
Construction of protective bund for protection of 132 KV transmission tower at Chilmish Tower Gilgit. Estimated cost is PKR 21.857 million with bid security of PKR 0.438 million and tender fee of PKR 10,000. Procurement is being conducted through open competitive bidding under GB-PPRA Rules. Eligibility requirements include valid PEC registration for 2025-2026 in relevant category, renewal fee receipt from Water and Power Department Gilgit-Baltistan, specialization codes CE-04(iv) Water Retaining Structures CE-04(vii) Flood Control Systems and CE-11(i) General Engineering Works, experience of at least one similar work having minimum cost equal to 80 percent of estimated cost completed during the last five years, execution of at least 350 Rft plumb concrete retaining wall with completion certificate, No Sick Litigation Certificate, No Blacklisting Certificate and affidavit regarding no delayed project issued by First Class Magistrate. Earnest money of 2 percent is mandatory. Bidders quoting more than 10 percent below engineer estimate must provide additional performance guarantee equal to 50 percent of the differential amount in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank. Conditional bids will not be accepted and late submissions will be rejected. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer on payment of non-refundable tender fee. Tender submission is scheduled for 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM and opening at 1:00 PM on the same day.
