Purchase Of Scientific Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of Scientific Equipment for establishment of a National Reference Laboratory under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Tenders are invited from EPADS vendors and suppliers registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and Income Tax Department where applicable. Bidding documents are available through EPADS and institutional websites. Signed and stamped bidding documents along with earnest money shall be submitted through EPADS. Original bid security pay order must reach the purchase department before bid submission deadline. Tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- is non-refundable. Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the bid value shall be submitted through Pay Order. Alternate bids must be accompanied by separate earnest money instruments. Procurement shall be governed under applicable SPP Rules and the procuring agency may reject any or all bids under relevant provisions.
