Description
Procurement of multiple items for university and campuses including Desktop Computer - Furniture and Fixture - Water Chillers - Electronic Items - Printing and Stationery - License Renewal of TrendMicro Endpoint Security - Tablet PCs - RFID Card Printer - EE Lab Items - Electric Items - Photocopiers - Hygiene Items - SIBAU Letters. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible experienced firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments may participate. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required in shape of pay order. Bidders are requested to submit best and final price as no negotiations are permitted. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded and submitted electronically through EPADS. Bid opening will be held on 02 July 2026 at 03:30 PM.
