Provision Of Vehicle Rental Services Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of car rental agencies for provision of new ex-showroom vehicles including cars and coasters for official use on need basis during financial year 2026-2027. Agencies must maintain operational offices in major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR, appear on Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be registered on e-PADS 2.0. Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS only along with security deposit of Rs.500,000 in the form of Pay Order. Vehicles shall be provided according to required make and model and immediate replacement shall be arranged in case of breakdown or chauffeur issues. All operational costs including fuel tolls parking and driver allowances shall be borne by the service provider. Quoted rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027.
