Water Supply Schemes Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual maintenance and repair of existing water supply schemes including civil works and electrical mechanical works for PHE Sub Division No. I and PHE Sub Division No. II Nowshera for the year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, KPRA, PEC in required category, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA and FBR with active status. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS. Sealed bid security amounting to 2% of estimated cost and additional security where applicable shall be submitted with required documents. Technical bids will be opened publicly while financial bid opening date shall be announced after technical evaluation. Incomplete, conditional or altered bids shall be treated as non-responsive.
