Water Supply Schemes Annual Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Annual repair and maintenance of completed water supply schemes in Tehsil Pattan and Tehsil Bankad Ranolia District Kohistan Lower for the year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through EPADS. Scope includes maintenance of completed water supply infrastructure and associated operational systems. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically and provide physical submission of financial bid forms, bid security, additional security where applicable and bid entry fee. Required eligibility documents include PEC registration, enlistment certificate, FBR and KPRA registrations, audit reports, affidavits and previous work experience records. Technical bids shall be opened publicly and financial bids of responsive bidders shall be opened later.
