Procurement Of Date Palm Plants Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of date palm plants including Dhakki, Mazafti, Shakri and Gulistan varieties under ADP, AIP and Non-ADP projects through open competitive bidding and framework contract arrangement. Eligible bidders, management firms, companies and corporations registered with sales tax, income tax and other relevant provincial and federal authorities may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of total bid value in the form of call deposit shall be uploaded with financial bid and original submitted physically. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 2026-06-16 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Quantity may be increased, decreased or altered subject to availability of funds.
