Gas Bill Distribution Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of hand delivery services for gas bills relating to domestic, commercial and industrial gas meters across Karachi, Interior Sindh and Balochistan regions on lot-wise basis. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must participate through EPADS, upload all required documents, complete BOQ and submit physical bid bond before submission deadline. Valid PEC certificate must be uploaded where required. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Bid security is Rs. 100,000 and bid validity is 120 days. Bid opening will take place at 12:00 PM.
