Improvement And Rehabilitation Of Rest House Complex Tender Notice
Description
Improvement and rehabilitation works for ABAD Rest House and Complex Rawalpindi under ADP No. 3117 for the year 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Contractors and engineering firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and specification codes for financial year 2025-26 are eligible. Estimated cost is Rs.578.796 million and earnest money is 5% amounting to Rs.28.940 million in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted separately. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee. Completion period is 2 years.
