Installation Of Hybrid Solar Power System Tender Notice
Description
Installation of 19 off grid hybrid solar power system units of 4 KW each at Head Quarter Jauharabad and Sub Division Courts Quaidabad and Noorpur Thal along with allied offices in District Khushab. Estimated cost is PKR 18,050,000 and earnest money at 5 percent is PKR 902,500. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors registered with PEC in the relevant category may participate through Punjab E Procurement System. Scanned CDR must be uploaded online and original CDR submitted before 12:30 PM on 04 July 2026. Technical bids shall be opened at 01:00 PM on the same date while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Bid validity shall be 90 days. Pro Tip: Ensure compliance with PEC requirements, technical evaluation criteria and complete EPADS submission before the deadline.
