Supply Of Pabx System Spare Parts Tender Notice
Description
Supply of spare parts for PABX systems including analog CLI cards power supply units CPU modules and related components as per bill of quantities. OEM OEM authorized distributor or sub-authorized dealer certification is required. Procurement is under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must participate through EPADS and upload all duly signed and stamped tender documents. Physical bid bond must be submitted before bid submission time. Bid security of Rs. 65,000 is required and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS submission and physical bid bond submission are completed before the deadline to avoid rejection.
