Recovery Services For Outstanding Consumer Arrears Tender Notice
Description
Provision of recovery services for outstanding arrears from disconnected defaulted consumers across Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Karak, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sargodha and Sialkot regions. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals are required in accordance with RFP requirements. Bid security of PKR 800,000 is required and proposals shall remain valid for 360 days. Bid opening will take place at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: Demonstrate experience in debt recovery, field operations and performance-based recovery assignments.
