Repair And Maintenance Of Generators Tender Notice
Description
Procure repair and maintenance services for generators installed at university facilities under a complete package arrangement. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments with active taxpayer status and adequate experience. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Estimated cost is PKR 1,478,717 and bid security amount is PKR 29,575. Encrypted electronic bids are required to be submitted through the e-PADS system and bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of authorized representatives.
