Construction Of Official Accommodation Structure Tender Notice
Description
Construct the remaining structure of official accommodation at 89-Shadman Lahore. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure using e-PADS. Suppliers and contractors must possess valid PEC License Category C-6 or above and active NTN and PNTN registrations. Electronic bids shall be submitted through e-PADS and manual submissions shall not be accepted. Bid security amounting to Rs. 34,285 representing 3 percent of the estimated cost of Rs. 1,142,819.87 is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker Cheque. Original bid security must be submitted before bid closing. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes building construction, residential accommodation works, structural development, civil construction, masonry works, finishing works, infrastructure improvement and facility development services.
